It is essential to separate the fats from waste water saturated with RESA vegetable or animal fats (or oils) before discharging it into the public sewer. If the grease is not separated, the continuously cooling grease, deposited on the walls of the pipelines, would reduce the pipeline's cross-section and flow capacity, leading to clogging. Fatty acids can destroy concrete sewer pipes and concrete structures in the long term. Due to the relevant legislation, for the above reasons, wastewater with a high fat (and oil) content must be passed through a grease separator. Main field of application: kitchens, hospitals, homes for the elderly, slaughterhouses, commercial units, etc.
Installation of the equipment is possible in an environment without groundwater, and their load is designed for pedestrian traffic.
